Shuttleworth makes a lot of sense, and quite a modern type of analyst/coach. Probably will help do the hard yards on watching hundreds of hours of player analysis, and let Rooney do the man management side. Phelan seems such a great shout, but is he that modern? Been in and out of a lot of teams at this level.
